Final Dissemination Event in Thessaloniki, Greece
On Monday, December 7th, the conclusive project presentation took place at the Museum of Byzantine Culture in Thessaloniki. This occasion provided an opportunity to showcase the participating organizations, underscore the significance of our project, and engage in discussions about future steps and initiatives. At the event, representatives of various private and public bodies were present, including the Minister Mr. Kalafatis and the Deputy Mayor of Sports, Ms. Giannakidou.
Dissemination Event in Thessaloniki, Greece
On March 16, 2023 AETOI presented inclusive and safe boccia in University of Macedonia. The presentation was primarily tailored for students from the School of Special Education, with a total of 20 participants in attendance.
Dissemination Event in Sofia, Bulgaria
Coaches and sports specialists from the “APAS” master’s program took part in the training and had the opportunity to learn more about the practical and theoretical tools for socialization and social integration, through the sport of boccia for people with disabilities, to discuss the power of sports to support integration processes in society and how it can be used as a catalyst for a more effective and sustainable social change.
Dissemination Event in Belgrade, Serbia
SSOSIB organised ramp use training in Belgrade and presented the inclusive and safe boccia. About 12 coaches from clubs of people with disabilities and athletes with disabilities participated in this training.
Dissemination Event in North Macedonia
NSLN made an open call for the local event for introducing boccia and the project #ramps4champs to all interested people across the country. Representatives from NSLN presented the training in inclusive and safe boccia to citizents and local authorities. There were about 12 participants that were present at the event .
